If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including (but not limited to) your identity information, your travel plan, your employment and financial status, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Services
We offer services that allow you to easily procure a legal document from the State Department to request a passport, obtain authentication certification of documents to be used overseas, and apply for a visa to go to certain countries. 

You may obtain those documents directly from the State Department or Consulate without our service. Our service is designed to simplify the process of obtaining a legal document.

Please note we do not provide any type of legal, financial, or immigration advice, and as such will not be held responsible for any delay or refusal by the State Department. 

Refund Policy​
We provide a satisfaction guarantee for every purchase. Users will be refunded the entire amount paid if we are not able to deliver the service. Due to the nature of digital goods/services, there is no salvage value for canceled orders. Therefore, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Passport application service:

All sales become final and non-refundable as soon as the application package is delivered to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for failing to deliver the application package resulting from an incorrectly spelled email address, email filtering, or a full mailbox.

​

Apostille service:

A refund can only be issued before the document is sent to State Department. In case we have already provided you with a shipping label, a fee of $5 (first class) or $10 (priority) will be deducted from the refund amount. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost documents caused by the State Department or shipping carriers.  Although we will do our best to verify the eligibility of your document for apostille/authentication, we cannot guarantee its acceptance due to the constantly changing and complex regulations of each State Department.

Visa service: 

If you cancel your order on the same day that it is received by us, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee, minus a $35 cancellation fee per traveler. However, if you cancel after the day the order is placed, the full-service fees per traveler will be charged.

If the Embassy, Consulate, and/or State Department fees have not yet been charged, they may be refunded.

​

In the event that a client's visa or passport request is denied, suspended, or issued for a limited validity by an Embassy, Consulate, or State Department, full-service processing fees and shipping fees will apply. The Embassy, Consulate, and/or State Department fees may be refunded in full, in part, or not at all in accordance with the policy of the involved Embassy, Consulate, or State Department.

Processing Time

​

Passport application service:

The processing time for delivery of the passport application package is the only processing time that we will be held liable for. Typically, we process new orders within 24 hours. For express packages, our processing time is under 2 hours.

 

We will provide an estimated time for the State Department application process, but the State Department processing time is solely determined by the State Department. 

​

It may be necessary to have an in-person appointment for certain passport applications, and in certain regions, there may be a significant wait time for such appointments. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the wait time for a passport appointment.

​

Apostille service:

Typically, we respond to new orders within one business day. The processing time for sending the Apostille Application to the State Department is the only processing time that we will be held liable for. Upon receipt of all the necessary documents to process an apostille, we send the apostille request to the State Department within two business days. 

 

We will provide an estimated time for the State Department application process, but the State Department processing time is solely determined by the State Department.

We will provide an estimated time for each of the shipping methods available on our website, but the delivery time is solely determined by the shipping carriers. 

​

Visa service: 

Typically, we respond to new orders within one business day to collect the information required to process visa applications. 

We will constantly advise the application status and provide an estimated time required. The processing time for our services varies depending on the requested visa type and the country of destination.

We will provide an estimated time for the Embassy, Consulate or State Department application process, but the Embassy, Consulate or State Department processing time is solely determined by the Embassy, Consulate or State Department. 

Liability
Please note that we are not liable to you for use of this site or for any application that you file to gain a new passport. We wholly waive any and all liability in relation to your use of this site and we are not liable to you for the experience that you have through this site or any aspect that derives after you use this site, non-exhaustively.
